After having seen a number of cars I finally purchased my car early in December. As a female buying a car it's always a bit of a nightmare trying to find someone that you can trust. I felt very comportable with them at Second City straight away. They were more than happy to do a part exchange on my old car which was great as I didn't want the hassle of trying to sell it privately. It was exactly what I wanted with some extras and at the price I could afford. Compared to the other cars I viewed the overall appearance was great. Excellent showroom quality!!!!

They have even offered to look out for a cd stacker unit for it as it is only fitted with a radio.

Bought my Alfa from Second City just under 2 months ago. Being the fussy person that i am, i'd spent a good part of a year looking for a 147 2.0 T Spark with a particular spec and colour combination. To my surprise Second City had just the car!

Having had many a dealings with car sales men over the years, i was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed and welcoming approach that was adopted by Andrew and Tobin. On my very first visit, within 15 minutes of conversation, i was taken aback when Andrew offered me the chance to take the car out for a test drive... on my own! Without a doubt a very nice touch that was very well received.

The sales approach did not involve any pressure tactics and was open and frank. They explained the car to me in very precise detail, which proved to me that i was dealing with guys who appreciated the car as much i did. They also provided me with honest answers and opinions on any comments that i had.

Despite the negative press about Alfa's, i have to say my car has so far been an absolute dream. I have had no problems with the car so far and provided i give it the due care and attention it demands, i hope not to have any in future.

As for Second City Motors, well i'll be visiting the guys again when i'm next in the market for a replacement car. Besides, i promised Andrew he has first refusal on my car (he liked it that much) before i offer it to anyone else.

From begining to end the quality of service provided by Andrew and Tobin was outstanding. The car was just what i was after and i was able to view it, test drive it alone and make a decision on it all on a Sunday afternoon!

Tobin opened up shop at 3pm on the Sunday just for me, which was delightful because there was no pressure to make a decision. I did however because it was such a great deal!

I cannot imagine a more proffessional, honest and friendly service than what i experienced at Second City and i would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I decided that I wanted a Pinin as my first 4x4. I found Second City's ad in the autotrader and gave Andrew a call to see the car. I also visited a few big car supermarket-style places and told asked them to match the car Andrew had - all tried to tell me the car must be an import etc etc and the old "women know nothing" attitude was prevelant.

I spoke with Andrew who gave me the entire history of the car - HPI, original garage, VIN everything - this was NO IMPORT. Andrew agreed to hold the car for me until I had the money arranged. I bought the car two days later. I have been the VERY proud owner for five days now and I love the car.

My parents are so impressed they have asked Andrew to find them a small 4x4 too to replace the brand new Motability cars they have been having for the last 9 years!
